In the last 27 years, Uwe Gemballa has achieved the best world-wide reputation for refining Porsche cars. Now, the company manager from Leonberg near Stuttgart takes on a new challenge. The automobile manufacturer turns the most potent super sports car from Maranello, the Ferrari Enzo, into the GEMBALLA MIG-U1 – an individually produced edition, limited to only 25 cars.

The core part of the overall makeover is the entirely re-engineered aerodynamics concept by GEMBALLA. Without any exception, the manufacturer produces all components in real carbon in order to combine lowest weight with highest material strength.

Active aerodynamics for the maximum driving experience

Owing to the active aerodynamics conception, the front spoiler lip generates an additional downthrust of up to 35 kilograms at the front axle, according to the individual position. Analogically, the flap on the newly designed rear spoiler generates even up to 85 kilograms more downthrust on the rear wheels. For optimal handling results, the flap lowers, as soon as the car reaches a speed of 120 km/h. In this way, the GEMBALLA-aerodynamics concept adjusts to the outer conditions and always ensures perfect road holding characteristics. All components of the aerodynamics kit attribute to this: starting from the new front skirt with spoiler lip, over the door extensions to the diffuser and rear spoiler.

The air duct system of the GEMBALLA MIG-U1 does not only help bringing the power of the twelve-cylinder car onto the road. At the same time, the engineers from Leonberg (Baden-Württemberg) develop an extensive ventilation- and cooling concept. Here, both the front and the back wheel-houses are supplied with cooling air and this guarantees an optimal use of the high performance braking system. The outlets behind the wheels ensure that the heated air does not pile up. Moreover, the air inlets behind the doors and on the roof supply fresh air into engine compartment behind the passenger cabin. The newly designed air exhaust ducts end in and on top of the rear skirt. Their dimensions also allow the supply of an additional radiator.

The GEMBALLA car body components therefore guarantee the functionality of the new super sports car and provide the car with a unique look at the same time. Following the design of Formula-1 racing cars, the GEMBALLA MIG-U1 has an extended front and an edged rear spoiler. Formerly rounded edges were replaced in order to provide the car with an aggressive look with greedy air inlets and outlets.

Even the rear lights do not remain openly on the back, but are cased and equipped with air ducts. The MIG-U1 grows broader by 80 millimetres at the front- and 100 millimetres at the back axle.

For everyday use, the optional electro-hydraulic height-adjustment (HLS) is extremely innovative and enormously helpful. By pushing a button in the passenger compartment, it is possible to lift the body by 45 millimetres at the front- and rear axle and therefore allows driving over obstacles such as underground car park entrances and traffic ramps. Also by pushing a button or by reaching 80 km/h, the MIG-U1 lowers itself to its original level. Additionally, the multiple adjustable sports suspension which is equipped with ball bearing bushes significantly improves the handling and driving comfort of the MIG-U1.

The forged wheels GEMBALLA GTR RACING forged by our development partner “Advanced Structural Alloys” contribute both to the appearance and the performance of the car. The wheels which are made from a massive light alloy block combined highest stability with an extremely light weight. The elaborate forging process reduces the unsprung masses of one wheel set by 16 kilograms. Therefore, the wheels respond in an even more agile way and precisely follow every steering command even under highest strains. At the front, the 10×19 inch rims hold high-performance wheels in the dimension 265/35, while the back axle transfers the power of the engine through 13×20 inch rims with 335/30 wheels.

The twelve cylinder engine of the GEMBALLA MIG-U1 works with an optimised motor management and an especially adjusted exhaust system. This combination allows a performance output of 700 hp (515 kW). The four-pipe system with pneumatic flap control is added to the sports catalyser. The end-pipes are equipped with the typical GEMBALLA heat shield and share the exit into the rear skirt with the exhaust ducts of the rear wheel houses.

High-End for the interior

In the interior, GEMBALLA devises a control centre which perfectly combines functionality and comfort. The especially for the GEMBALLA MIG-U1 designed seats, the custom-made centre console and the sports steering wheel with its leather-ultra suede combination guarantee full control over the car. At the same time, the interior of this super sports car reflects pure luxury. All interior components are lined with leather and ultra suede. The integrated high-end multimedia system offers a seven-inch touch screen, navigation, DVD changer and an iPod connection. The 950-Watt amplifier operates the high frequency ranges in the cockpit front, the 165 millimetre large membrane on the door linings and the subwoofer between the seats. GEMBALLA-logos on the seats, the floor mats and the safety belts perfect the refinement.

With the GEMBALLA MIG-U1, the automobile manufacturer once again proves that its know-how is not only limited to Porsche cars. On the basis of the already exhilarating Ferrari Enzo, the engineers developed a unique car. But even the limited edition with only 25 cars is not exclusive enough for GEMBALLA. Therefore, every single GEMBALLA MIG-U1 is individually adjusted. This ensures that there will not be any identical cars. Therefore, the specialist with its reputation for unique high-end refinement once again meets the requirements for highest individuality.



With the new wheels GT Sport und GT Sport-R, GEMBALLA Automobiltechnik GmbH & Co. KG presents two design versions for the Porsche Panamera at once. The rims which are especially attuned to the design language and technical requirements of the Porsche Gran Turismo are available in 20 and 22 inches and include a approval by the Technical Control Board TÜV.

Characteristic for the modern style of both designs is the matt black varnish with the five elongated and vaulted spokes. In the version GT Sport, the monoblock design enhances the noble character of the Porsche with visual finesse. On the other hand, the version GT Sport-R with its two-part look and the stainless steel decorative bolts especially emphasises the athletic standard. Modern manufacturing methods and the use of especial aluminium alloys guarantee highest loads at lowest weight.

The light alloy wheels GEMBALLA GT Sport and GT Sport-R are available in the dimensions 10 x 20, 10 x 22 as well as 11 x 22 (only rear axle) for all Porsche Panamera from 680 €. If desired, the car colour can be applied.

Mirage GT Gold Edition is a model based on Porsche Carrera GT and is bearing the signature of the tuner Gemballa.

Germans are at tuning with number 4, in terms of Mirage GT. Before Gold Edition were Mirage GT, Mirage GT Carbon Edition and Mirage GT Matt Edition.

As the name suggests, Gold Edition benefits from various gold elements such as wheels, arms of mirrors, side sills and rear spoiler. Nothing inside escaped untouched, there being golden: rings of instrument cluster, center console, door handles and something at the wheel.

And here is a tuner which deviates slightly from the rule. This time the ground clearance is not lowered, but higher by 45 mm, so you can park it in the garage.

Power, a thing that I am convinced that you are interested, comes from a V10 of 650 hp and 630 Nm, capable of a sprint to 100 km / h in 3.7 seconds, to 200 km / h in 9.7 seconds and a top speed of 335 km / h.

But the price? Interested? Nobody knows how much it is, but is expected to exceed 300,000 euro.

The most recent achievement of the Gemballa is called 750 GTS and the model is based on the Porsche Cayenne Turbo!

Models Porsche tuner Gemballa has brought the Cayenne Turbo at a completely different level. New creation is called Tornado GTS 750 and comes with an engine that develops 750 HP (just as the name suggests) and with a totally new look.

Also, the vehicle weight was reduced by 250 kilograms. Reduced weight and extra power makes the performances to be really impressive for the new Tornado GTS 750.

Accelerator from 0 to 100 km / h takes place in just 4.3 seconds while Maximum speed is over 300 km / h. Tornado GTS 750 is equipped with the adjustable suspension kit that allows the descending car with up to 70 millimeters.

Bodywork kit made of carbon fiber, the four exhaust pipes and new headlights offers this Cayenne  a very aggressively aspect. The back seats have a center console, making this model one with four seats.

There are also new front consoles with a built gearbox. Tornado GTS 750 will be produced in just 50 units and will have a base price of 400,000 euro.

The president and founder Uwe Gemballa continues his successful story with the AVALANCHE GTR 650 EVO-R and presented the face-lifted version of the current AVALANCHE-generation. With spectacular equipment, design and an auto body which has been broadened with Thyssen steel, lets you without words and touches the top of world sports car. But for Gemballa nothing is enough, the AVALANCHE GTR 650 EVO-R offers elaborate, supreme technology and with 650 hp it delivers an enormous top speed of 332 km/h that just complete the enormous pleasure of driving of the highest fastidiousness.

At first glance, the AVALANCHE shows an appropriate link with the greatest sports car league. The designed gull wing doors and the new front headlights from the Carrera GT, leave an amazing visual accent. The same applies for the powerful metal extensions which were specially produced in a Thyssen Group subsidiary and then directly welded to the body shell. The GEMBALLA technicians developed a custom-made bonnet and side skirts as well, but the front wings are replaced by a carbon version. Following the facelift of the current Porsche 911 induction engine models, GEMBALLA gives the AVALANCHE a new vision as well. The entirely re-designed front skirt is a part of this modernization. The integrated carbon front lip conveys the air to the large cooling slits and gives the car an even more lowered look.

The rear section of the AVALANCHE, also supported a makeover: the most significant feature is the use of LED tail lamps from the current Porsche 911. But this is not all; this is additionally enhanced by a new rear skirt. The integrated rear diffuser can either be selected with a varnish or in carbon fiber and offers space for the four end pipes of the sport exhaust system. Together with the carbon rear wing, it renders additional down thrust at the rear axle. A big accent was put on aerodynamic efficiency by engineering of the AVALANCHE GTR 650 EVO-R. To obtain a perfect design in perfect surface quality, that will reduce the lifting force, the body components were perfectly adjusted to each other.

Beside the amazing shape of the AVALANCHE, the GEMBALLA engine department also developed a powerful performance enhancement for the serial gearing. Camshafts and cylinder heads are mechanically fabricated in precision work. The engine makeover includes a racing crankshaft, a titanium connecting rod, forged pistons and racing turbo chargers. To provide the optimal air supply were designed an aluminum induction pipe and a carbon air box with sports air filter. Another splendid characteristic responsible for the sporty and powerful sound is the stainless steel, a high-performance exhaust system with the optimized racing headers.

At the moment, after so many extensive modifications, the super sports car has 650 hp / 478 kW at 6.200 rpm and 950 NM at 4.600 rpm. Thereby, the 4WD automobile accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in only 3.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 332 km/h.

If this is not enough, then the GEMBALLA-specialists offer even further engine types with performance enhancements up to 800 hp. A remarkable combination for best road handling and a striking appearance offers the wheels and running gear.

The optimal compromise between comfort and control are offered by the wheel/tires of the AVALANCHE. The multi-part and especially light aluminum wheels are delivered in size 9.0Jx20 with tires measuring 245/30 ZR 20 for the front axle and 1.5Jx20 with 325/25 ZR 20 tires at the rear axle.

The AVALANCHE cannot be confused with any other sports car because of its high-performance braking system which was especially devised for the AVALANCHE GTR 650 EVO-R, can be easily recognized by its red-painted brake calipers. The optimal deceleration and perfect gas pedal response is rendered by enlarged 6-piston brake calipers in connection with discs measuring 405 millimeters at the front axle and 4-piston brake calipers with 380mm-discs at the rear axle.

To confer a perfect going, the running gear has been thoroughly modified. To correspond to the highest requirements, the new coil over kit was especially adjusted. Four individually adjustable rebound dampers allow an individual fine tuning, sport stabilizer and strut braces render additional torsion stiffness and therefore improve road handling. VIP lounge with motor sports atmosphere, GEMBALLA completely re-designs the interior of the AVALANCHE and turns it into a VIP lounge with motor sports atmosphere. For a more luxury aspect the serial lining is replaced by most precious leather. The GEMBALLA aluminum pedals splendidly shine in the foot well and perfectly go with the carbon fiber components of the interior set. The technical highlight is the full-size airbag sports steering wheel measuring 340 millimeters in diameter. The sports seats type POLE POSITION offer extra seating stability.

GEMBALLA – the specialist for high end refinement and innovative interior design offers the AVALANCHE GTR 650 EVO-R from 350,000 € (net, including basic automobile Porsche 997 Turbo) this is the price set for the Avalanche by Gemballa, a price which, thankfully, includes the base vehicle.

The Tornado GTS 750 developed by Gemballa is based on the Porsche Cayenne Turbo. The new body kit of the vehicle includes a new front apron, side skirts, a new rear spoiler, a rear skirt, a new race diffuser, and the rear skirt comes with new double tail lights and four end pipes.

The vehicle carries the V8 engine capable to deliver 750 hp (552 kW) at 6,400 rpm and a maximum torque of 1,050 Nm at 3200 rpm. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds with a top speed of over 300 km/h.

The high performance brake system of the Tornado GTS 750 consists of 6-piston brake callipers with discs of 420 mm on the front and 4-piston brake callipers with discs of 380 mm on the rear.

The vehicle comes with the 22 inch GT SPORT forged rims with high quality tyres that measure 335/25 Z 22.

One of the best sportcars tuner, Gemballa Motorsport, has recently shown the world the new 2009 Cayenne. This car started by being call a “tornado” and that`s all because of it`s features, it has 3 perfomance levels that went  from 542 hp (405 kW) to 740 hp (550 kW).

That`s not a such easy task to turn a full-size SUV into a sport car. Taking a lot from lessons
learned on the racetrack, Gemballa engineers installed an all-new intercooler system twice the size of the factory unit. Bumping the power further over the stock 500 hp (373 kW) level is a revised turbo boost calibration and a free-flowing quad-exhaust system.

After making sure the power was in check, designers next turned to massaging the exterior. A full carbon fiber widebody kit not only complements the menacing looks, but improves drag coefficient to better handle the high-speed runs owners will likely hit on their commute. To cut weight a further 250 kg (550 lbs), the rear spoiler, hood and hatchback were also made from carbon fiber. Underpinning the SUV is a redesigned suspension setup that reduces body roll over the available 23-in forged alloy wheels. Set behind each are massive brakes cooled by the additional aero vents incorporated into the body kit.

As you can already probably guess, the lightly tuned GTS version is the more civilized of the two, with full amenities and reskinned interior treatments by Gemballa’s in-house craftspeople. Its GTR sibling, on the other hand, is an all-out track terrorizing truck. Full carbon fiber racing seats replace the supple buckets, as do polycarbonate windows both fore and aft.

Gemballa scheduled to build only 50 Tornados for some of the world’s wealthiest automotive fans.
