The BMW X5 M rolls off the assembly-line already with many exceptional attributes that give it a sense of a sports car. HAMANN dresses up this genre, adding the newly developed Flash Evo M-Bodykit. From now on, a striking front spoiler will be fitted with two or four integrated LED daytime running lights, large air intakes that supply the engine as well as the brake system with fresh air.

The carbon bonnet presents itself as a perfect match and contributes with its additional air inlets and outlets to optimize the temperature inside the engine compartment. Side sill bars connect the massive fender extensions and give the X5 M a considerably higher presence. The two central tailpipes of the sport exhaust system are integrated into the diffuser that is installed into the rear spoiler. The carbon roof spoiler adds to the necessary downforce. Even the exterior mirror heads present themselves in a stylish black carbon fibre.

Upon request, several 22 or 23 inch light alloy wheels amplify effectively the sporty appearance of the HAMANN Flash Evo M and skilfully fill in the wide wheel housings. The exclusive DESIGN UNIQUE FORGED “ANODIZED” rim, available in 23 inch with matt black anodized spokes, gives it a truly sporty appearance. The special forging technique applied makes the rim super light but at the same time offers a very high bearing load.

By using progressively wound suspension springs, HAMANN is able to lower the center of gravity of the BMW X5 M by 30 mm. This emphasizes even more the sporty appearance of the Flash Evo M bodykit.

HAMANN offers two performance improvement systems: First, the ECU is optimized by removing the factory-installed Vmax restriction of 250 km/h. Then, power is increased from 408 kW/555 hp and 680 Nm torque to an impressive 449 kW/610 hp and a torque of 780 Nm.

For an extra kick, HAMANN supplies the HM 670 sports kit. In addition to the optimization of the ECU, a rear sports muffler and catalyst replacement pipes are being used. This way, between 1500 and 5650 RPM, the torque is increased to 950 Nm. According to the data sheet, 493 kW/670 hp are also available and ensure that the HAMANN Flash Evo M can reach a top speed of 300 km/h.

Stopping at these speeds requires additional safety, for which HAMANN has developed a high-performance brake system, using 405 mm diameter brake discs in front and 340 mm diameter brake discs at the rear. 6-pot callipers provide the delay at the front axle, while 4-pot callipers do their work at the rear axle. Steal flex brake lines prevent the dreaded fading during high stresses.

When checking out the interior, the first thing one will notice is the HAMANN airbag sport steering wheel and the speedometer, indicating a top speed of 320 km/h. But this is only the beginning: Upon request, the in-house saddlery shop can provide you with two-coloured, quilted leather with decorative stitching and Alcantara, as interior finish. To round it all off, an interior package is available with appliqué made of visible carbon fibre and a stainless steel sill plate with an illuminated HAMANN logo. The feet of the driver may rest on pedals and a foot rest available in optional silver or black anodized aluminium. HAMANN floor mats and a trunk mat top off the luxurious appearance.

For the new BMW 5 series F10, HAMANN Motorsport of Laupheim presents a sporty all-inclusive, no-worry package of aerodynamics components, alloy wheels, sports exhaust system and decorative interior fittings in carbon fibre.

To create a sports car with four doors from an ordinary limousine with sporty aspirations, a number of cosmetic modifications are necessary. HAMANN begins with a comprehensive pedicure by issuing new alloy wheels in various designs and sizes for the BMW 5 (F10). The most striking of these is the DESIGN EDITION RACE “ANODIZED” rim in 21-inch format. With its spider in matt black and brilliantly polished rim, the DESIGN EDITION RACE “ANODIZED” is supplied as a complete wheel set with 255/30 ZR21 front and 295/25 ZR21 rear tyre sizes to interested customers at a price of 8390 euro. The special aluminium alloys make the rim super-light but also capable of bearing a high load. The titanium wheel bolts are particularly corrosion-resistant and also save several grams of unsprung mass.

The design idiom of the new BMW 5 (F10) is now already thoroughly sporty, but there remains room for further improvements, which HAMANN makes accordingly. For the standard front apron HAMANN offers an adaptable front spoiler and bumper covers with built-in daytime running LEDs. The low-slung side skirts and the roof and rear spoilers change the unexciting look of a family limousine into one of a dynamic sports car. With its in house-designed middle panel of the rear spoiler HAMANN has made room for the tailpipe of the stainless steel exhaust.

To lower the centre of gravity of the BMW 5 (F10), HAMANN uses progressive suspension springs to obtain a drop of about 35 millimetres, which reinforces the powerful look of the complete package.

Especially for the 550i, HAMANN offers a muffler with 4 tailpipes. These have a diameter of 90 millimetres each and allow the V8 engine of the top 5 model to sound in accord with its status. A metal sports catalytic converter including middle silencer can be ordered on request.

So that the interior does not have to hide behind the sporty exterior looks, HAMANN can equip the dashboard, central console, door handle panels and steering wheel with a carbon interior set with sight carbon in dull titanium grey. Other colours for these carbon fibre parts are also available on request. The driver’s feet can feel good on aluminium pedals and an aluminium footrest. In line with Hamann’s philosophy on modifications, state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and the use of special aluminium alloy ensure maximum load capacities at low weight. Hamann ANNIVERSARY EVO designer wheels for the BMW 5 Gran Turismo are available in the sizes 9.0 x 22 for the front and 10.5 x 22 for the back. Just in time for the start of the cabrio season, HAMANN Motorsport is introducing a comprehensive programme for accessories and modification of the current BMW Z4 Roadster, known internally as the E89. The broad palette of customisation options for the roadster with the fold-away hardtop includes exciting bodywork styling, striking rim designs and powerful performance improvements.

The HAMANN aerodynamics programme is characterised by top-quality workmanship on body components with impressive design and optimised airflow over the vehicle silhouette: The specialists have replaced the series production front spoiler on the front axle with an in-house development that features two integrated LED day lamps. Striking side skirts between the front and the rear impress with a convincing design concept, and lend the Z4 an even lower and longer appearance. The lift force on the rear axle is reduced by a HAMANN technical development that sees a shapely spoiler mounted on the tailgate. A new rear apron completes an impressive overall appearance and makes space for the four tailpipes responsible for the throaty sound of the HAMANN sports exhaust system.

The HAMANN engine specialists have developed a powerful performance improvement for the BMW Z4 sDrive35i engine, which also lifts the 250 km/h limitation. The optimisation of the series production control device has resulted in performance figures of 360 hp / 265 kW at 5230 rpm (standard is 306 hp / 225 kW at 2500 rpm). The maximum torque simultaneously increases to an impressive 540 Nm, which is available in the engine speed range of 1300 to 5000 rpm (standard is 400 Nm at 1300 – 5000). This modification results in a top speed of 285 km/h.

One of the technical highlights in the comprehensive range of wheels is the three-part HAMANN light alloy wheel known as the EDITION RACE “MATT BLACK”. The 20″ forged wheel combines sportiness with elegance. The matt black, polished spoked rims and the titanium screw joints accentuate the wheel dynamics, while the highly polished rim flange makes for a sophisticated impression. HAMANN is offering the wheel/tyre combination of 8,5Jx20 inch including 235/30ZR20 front tyres with 10,0Jx20 rims plus 295/25ZR20 back tyres from 7,640 Euro. On request, hand-made complete leather fittings in line with the exclusive demands of every BMW Z4 Roadster driver can also be supplied.

With the new ANNIVERSARY EVO and ANNIVERSARY EVO Black Line wheels, HAMANN-Motorsport presents at one and the same time two design variations for the current BMW and Range Rover heavy weights. The rims which are specially designed to match the technical requirements of hefty models are available in 22-inch versions and include a approval by the Technical Control Board TÜV.

The rim programme is impressive in its dimension and variety. The masculine show-piece on the HAMANN exhibition stand with 200 square metres is the world premiere of the 670 hp/493kW strong and 300 km/h fast TYCOON EVO M based on the BMW X6 M.

The TYCOON EVO M – powerful appearance with striking design
Already the shape of the TYCOON EVO M with its impressive broad built gives a good hint of what is to be discovered. Mainly responsible for that are the front and the rear wing extensions made of light composite materials. These let the body expand by impressive 60 millimetres. Additionally, the HAMANN designers enhanced the sides with the newly designed side skirts. The distinctive hallmark of the front is the apron with the four striking LED daytime running lights. But the body set does not only emphasise the appearance, enlarged air inlets in the front and the carbon bonnet allow an optimised air ventilation of the engine compartment. At the X6 M rear, HAMANN also replaces the original skirt with an own development. This makes room for the earthy sounding sports exhaust system with the centrally positioned double end pipes. The rear view of the TYCOON EVO M is perfected with beautifully designed rear- and roof spoilers. All of those components produce a low-swirling airflow over the vehicle silhouette and render additional downthrust.

Rich performance enhancement thanks to optimised exhaust gas flow
In addition to the spectacular shape of the TYCOON EVO M the HAMANN engine department added a powerful performance enhancement for the serial engine. The most significant component for the performance enhancement and responsible for the dynamic and earthy sound of the TYCOON EVO M is the stainless steel high performance exhaust system with catalyst replacement pipes. A newly programmed map for the serial motronic completes the upgrade and suspending the speed limit of 250 km/h allows unrestrained driving pleasures.

As a result of the modifications, the X6 M now offers 670 hp / 493 kW at 6,000 r.p.m. and 780 Nm torque at 1,500 – 5,650 r.p.m. This is a surplus of 115 hp and 100 Nm compared to the serial version. Therefore, the all-wheel accelerated from 0 to 100 in only 4,2 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 300 km/h.

Varying rim designs and sizes
Specially adjusted to the increased requirements of the TYCOON EVO M, the refining specialist presents varying wheel designs and sizes. A highlight concerning styling and technology is the rim model UNIQUE FORGED ANODIZED produced in most modern forged technology. The dynamic shape of the delicate, anodised cross spokes does not only lead to a dynamic and striking look, but also results in an even weight distribution and therefore guarantees higher bearing loads. HAMANN offers the 23-inch wheel in the dimensions 11.0 x 23 at the front- and 12.0 x 23 at the rear axle, combined with wheels measuring 315/25 R 23.

The light alloy wheels are especially emphasised with the HAMANN lowering kit. Progressively coiled springs at the front axle and a modification kit for the rear axle thereby lower the centre of gravity of the Sports Activity Coupe by approx. 40 millimetres.

Most noble interior applications underline the motor sports atmosphere
In addition to the existing factory-provided interior, HAMANN offers accessories made of black-anodised aluminium in combination with carbon applications. Pedals and foot rest render motor sports air and perfectly match the 12-part HAMANN decoration set made of carbon fibre. Unique Forged Anodized is the name of the latest light alloy wheel by the manufacturer HAMANN-Motorsport. And the name says it all. A unique design produced with most modern forged technology with an anodized surface – the name and the quality hallmark in one word.

Apart from design elements such as a bonnet made of carbon fibre, specific modifications at the front, sides and back boost the aerodynamics. Thereby, the front spoiler reduces the lifting forces of the California which significantly improves the handling and agility. Moreover, the unobtrusive side skirt set calms the airflow between both axles. And moreover, a back spoiler increases the contact pressure.

Here, the HAMANN engineers agreed on a small wing profile which considerably enhances the car body design. As the combination with the perfectly integrated and three-part rear diffuser renders enough grip for the road. Mainly on country roads with many curves, the HAMANN aerodynamics kit unravels its power and generates pure driving pleasure.

The extra agility and handling gives room for more performance. Also here,HAMANN-Motorsport contributes its know-how. An adjustment for the motor management is in preparation and a sport exhaust system will also be especially engineered for this sports car. This combination will advance the performance of the serial 4.3 litre V8 engine with 460 hp by up 20 percent.

Another technical highlight in the offered tuning programme is the multi-part HAMANN aluminium wheel called EDITION RACE. The black varnished rim star and the titanium bolting of the high-gloss polished rim flange emphasise the racing character. As the wheel is produced in forged technology, it is extremely light. This reduces the unsprung masses which noticeably improves both the acceleration and the braking response.

The recommended wheel-tyre combination measures 9.0Jx21 inches with 245/30ZR21 tyres for the front and 12.5Jx21 rims with wheels measuring 345/25ZR21 are fitted at the back. The wheel-tyre combination is perfectly enhanced by the suspension which is used in order to lower the sports car.
