The new Volvo S60 is dynamic and sporty. The new Volvo S60 is not chivalrous, the new Volvo S60 is sexy. Heico Sportiv enhances the Volvo driving experience, adding additional seasoning in the form of meticulously composed ingredients.

Even at a glance, it becomes immediately apparent that Heico Sportiv has just the right ingredients to stimulate all the observer’s senses! The front view already indulges the onlooker with clear contours thanks to a two-part front spoiler. “We’ve given the Volvo S60 the expressiveness which potential owners of such a dynamic vehicle crave for,” explains Heico Sportiv General Manager, Holger Hedtke.

The front spoiler is mounted on the original bumper and melts seamlessly into the entirety of the Volvo S60’s contours. The design element made of low-weight, flexible polyurethane plastic (PUR-R-RIM) fulfills the latest pedestrian protection guidelines.

At the back, the PUR-R-RIM rear skirt in diffusor look cites the form of a diffusor, faithfully enfolding the left and right oval end-pipes of the quad outlet exhaust system. As an optional add-on, Heico Sportiv also offers a matching carbon inlay. For vehicles with the original rear skirt, a dual-pipe exhaust variant is available in the familiar “left-right arrangement”.

Manifold innovation under the hood.

The essential ingredients, however, are the ECU upgrades offered by Heico Sportiv. With the D3/D5 diesel engines, these are implemented by reprogramming the engine control unit, with gasoline engines by means of e.motion.

Heico Sportiv e.motion stands for “efficiency in motion” and describes an additional engine control unit that, thanks to straightforward plug & play technology, can be quickly installed and enabled by any authorized Heico Sportiv partner – worldwide!

Thanks to e.motion, the Volvo S60 2.0T generates a colossal 47 bhp more than its series-produced counterpart (currently 250 bhp/184 kW) and a maximum torque of 350 Nm (additional 50 Nm).

In the 4-wheel drive version of the Volvo S60 T6, the engine power is boosted to 330 bhp (243 kW) and 460 Nm, allowing the top-of-the-range model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.8 seconds (series version: 6.5 seconds) and reach a maximum speed of 250 km/h (electronically capped). Naturally, all Heico Sportiv ECU upgrades fulfill the rigorous Euro 5 emissions classification standard. Further tuning programs for the T3, T4 and T5 engine variants are under development.

Diversified menu to choose from.

Heico Sportiv sees itself as a fully integrated supplier able to fulfill the customer’s every wish. The “S60 menu” is finished off with sport springs, the 18”-20” VOLUTION® sport wheel program and aluminum interior add-ons (pedal set, footrest and gear shift knob).

The products will be deliverable from the time of the official market launch on September 18, 2010.

The tuning company for Volvo, Heico Sportiv offered cosmetic performance improvements for the new XC60 in order to give it a better look, more driving stability and agility. The new Volvo XC60 comes with a front bumper spoiler, side skirts and rear skirt with a four pipe exhaust system. The Volvo XC60 comes with newly ECU power upgrade from Heico Sportiv, the 163 hp 2.4D and the 185 hp D5 engines which can both produce 210 hp. These performance improvements in power and torque are used to optimize acceleration and drive, response, fuel consumption.

On top of the improved handling, the HEICO SPORTIV springs lower the vehicle approximately 30 mm, reducing the gap between the tire and wheel arch to create a sporty look. The alloy wheels have the following size options: 18, 19 and 20 inches, designed in a high-quality bright silver paintwork that give the new Volvo XC60 a sporty and elegant overall appearance.

Heico Sportiv offer a full leather treatment for the interior and a complete set of 4 door panel inlays, seat covers, rear seat covers and gear shift bag. There are nine various colors to choose from and different types of leather, materials and finishes that are available upon request.
