MR Car Design is famous for its remarkable customizations and exclusive car tuning. This time the tuner from the city of Erftstadt presents the ultimate and fully reworked air chassis. The air chassis by Mr Car Design meet the highest quality standard requirements. The air chassis for VW T5 (from 2,500 Euro) with comfortable adjustment possibilities is based on series-produced vehicles height levels and was developed to comply with all technical regulations for vehicle manufacturers. So currently VW is examining this model for UBB (technical reliability certificate) compliance.

As for the air spring adjustment unit, an electronic level control system with compressor unit and with no supplementary air vessel is at your service. The adjustment unit is equipped with 2 level sensors which are mounted between the car frame and the axle. Only three information signals (ignition, handbrake, speed) are read off to ensure ease of control and operational reliability. In case the height level of the vehicle does not match the distance programmed during the installation, it is automatically adjusted. The vehicle height level can be customized manually at any time.

A lower-down function up to 70 mm in comparison to series-produced vehicles height allows easier loading of the vehicle or using underground garages. On the other hand, when you drive along off-the-street heavy ground terrains, raising the vehicle height up to 90 mm helps to achieve sufficient road clearance and prevent possible damage to the car.

Additionally, the tuner offers its home-made sports exhaust system which can be ordered through the catalogue for 950 Euro.

Fancy ETA BETA light-alloy wheel rims, 9×20-inch in diameter, with 275/35 tyres ensure perfect contact with the road. The complete wheel assembly will cost you from 2,195 Euro per a tyre.

The MR Car Design team offers an additional possibility to increase the motor power: a performance improvement kit (from 599 Euro, software only) includes motor software upgrade which provides 200 hp of motor power.

Another successful project of MR Car Design is the Touran 2.0 TDI.

The individualization of MR Car Design for Audi S3 series underlines the unique character of the „sportster“ in a distinctive way. Another evidence thereto is given by actual S3 retrofitting on the base of S3 2.0 T-FSI: equipped by quite a lot of performance, a more vigorous design and complete matt foliation of the car body.

The stage III performance kit includes not only new MR Car design engine control software or sports exhaust allowing to uprate engine performance up to 337 hp with 450Nm of torque. Engine overhaul also includes a downpipe incl. sports cat, sports exhaust system with optimized dynamic pressure, the suction way optimization with a big intercooler and, as already mentioned, engine control software – additionally the TÜV-certified hand weld 2-flute high-grade steel sports exhaust system with optimized counter pressure.

8×19” Emotion-Wheels (Strada) hyper-black alloy rims by their long-curved spokes guarantee better airing of the wheel house and the view on huge serial braking system (against upcharge with StopTech braking system). Wheels with Dunlop Sportmaxx high performance tyres 235/35 ZR19.

Tuner MR Car Design is specialized in refining upscale sports cars. MR car Design launches a special edition based on the new Scirocco. This special edition convinces through a lot of design as well as horsepower.

The series engine of the Scirocco is very sporty. The series output rises to 370 hp  and 519 Nm by optimizing the software, Downpipe and MR Car Design Stage Turbo kit 3. The backpressure optimized, manual welded, sport exhaust system from MR Car Design, made of steel and with TUV certificate  adds up to the optimal Power output and the muffled thunderous sound. MR Car Design installs furthermore the 35% fins limited slip differential – therewith the speed gets on the road without wheelspin. With these changes the DSG-Software has to be adjusted.
