Experience pure motor sport feeling with the TECHART Formula Race. From January 2011 TECHART offers its customers with petrol in their veins a 20-inch lightweight forged centerlock wheel in sizes of 8,5J x 20 ET 40 and 8,5J x 20 ET 52 for the front axle and 12J x 20 ET 50 for the rear axle.

The rigidity and weight ratio was optimized one more time for the TECHART Formula Race and – based on the lighter twin spokes and the connection through the centerlock – provides a weight advantages of 10% if compared to the TECHART Formula III forged wheel and an impressive 25% if compared to a light alloy wheel. The result: a reduction of the rotating and unsprung mass, which results in an even more agile driving behavior and increased driving dynamics.

Another advantage if compared to a conventional 5-hole screwed: A fast wheel change, which represents an important plus factor when used on the race track. In addition, the high material stability permits the known filigree design of the TECHART forged wheels, which results not only in visual dynamics but significantly improves the ventilation of the brakes.

The TECHART Formula Race is available in titanium grey matt as well as in individual matched custom colour. For the necessary road grip, TECHART recommends Continental ContiSportContact 3 and Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 in sizes of 245/30R20 and 325/25R20 as well as Michelin Pilot Sport Cup+ in dimensions of 245/30R20 and 315/25R20.

World Premiere in Zurich

The exterior package consists of a fiber-reinforced composite based on carbon, glass-fiber-reinforced plastic and polyurethane RIM components. These materials are primarily used in motor sports and are distinguished by their extraordinary product characteristics. The exterior components of the TECHART GrandGT program are remarkable, among other things, thanks to an impressive dimensional stability, great strength and low intrinsic weight.

Impressive Appearance: The Design
The TECHART GrandGT favors a spectacular performance. The TECHART-typical exterior design catches the eye of onlookers immediately. The powerful front bumper with integrated splitter and large ventilation intakes, for an improved supply of fresh air to the intercooler and an optimum cooling of the brake system, flawlessly underlines the dynamic contours. TECHART-typical: the sporty four-seater’s suitability for everyday use. The multifunctional daytime running lights that are integrated in the front bumper give the Panamera not only a distinctive appearance. It combines daytime running lights, position lights, parking lights and turn signals as LED system unit in a common housing and integrates seamlessly in the design of the Panamera’s front. An additional design highlight is the TECHART Aero engine hood that is constructed of high-quality carbon fibers, with integrated air outlets for an optimized regulation of the heat balance in the engine compartment and which impressively completes the GrandGT program for the Panamera’s front end.

Powerful side skirts and flared fenders increase the width of the Panamera by 21mm on each side of the front axle compared to the standard vehicle and 42mm on each side of the rear axle, resulting in a wider track and thus improved cornering abilities. Headlight trims or trim slats for the side air outlets made of high-quality polyurethane RIM set elegant highlights on the side of the vehicle in individual colour combinations and emphasize the dynamic appearance of the GrandGT.

The design of the rear end incorporates the front’s design and emphasizes the unique character of the GrandGT – sporty, confident and masculine. In combination with the TECHART roof spoiler, the much larger rear spoiler compared to the first Panamera Program, results in even less lift at the rear axle and greater driving stability and active safety – even at high speed. An additional GrandGT design feature: the distinctive rear apron with integrated air openings and matching diffuser. The oval dual tail pipes of TECHART’s sporty exhaust system, which are fully integrated in the vehicle’s rear end, optimally complete the exterior tuning package. As an alternative, a sporty exhaust system with valve control can be selected – for audible more sportiness.

Taking a look under the Aero-engine hood, the GrandGT is still impressive. The TECHART Engine styling package consisting of carbon fiber cylinder-head covers with an embossed TECHART logotype as well as accentuating highlights in flash red is demonstrating the power of the car already in standstill. The TECHART powerkit TA 070/T1 boosts the power output oft the 4.8 l twin-turbo engine from 368 kW to 426 kW. The generated torque increases from 700 Nm to powerful 830 Nm. Pushing the standard sport button the Panamera has a significant increase of performance and driving dynamics. The TECHART engine management TECHTRONIC comes up with a number of impressive product features. The intelligent electronic power management convinces with quick and easy installation as well as maintaining the electronic engine protection features and the vehicle diagnostics and servicing. For the current facelift version of the Porsche 911 Turbo TECHART unveiled its comprehensive individualization program at the Geneva Motor-Show in March. As always, the aim was to create something unique and individual from something already special. The result has arrived: the TECHART engine performance kits TA 097/T1 and TA 097/T2 provide the Turbo with an extra punch and even more power in two stages.

Convincing personality
What sets the TECHART engine performance kits apart is their impressive power in every dimension. Excellent acceleration figures and a top speed up to 333 km/h underline the experience and skill of the TECHART engineers in the further development of the engine systems. Performance kit TA 097/T1
Fitted with the TECHART engine performance kit TA 097/T1 and added 70 hp compared to the series model, the Porsche 911 Turbo accelerates to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds. The forward propulsion stops not until 324 km/h. The boost in performance is made possible by optimized engine control and the use of a TECHART Sport air filter.

620 hp and a maximum torque of 820 Nm – the TECHART TA 097/T2 engine performance kit enables driving enjoyment with the 911 Turbo to reach astonishing levels. The engine conversion involves the installation of a TECHART Sport air filter, TECHART manifolds and the TECHART exhaust system “Sport”. All modifications are perfectly attuned to each other via the reprogrammed engine management. As a result, the Porsche 911 Turbo attains driving performance attributes which establish it as one of the fastest sports cars in the world. 0 – 100 km/h in extraordinary 2.9 seconds, the 200 km/h barrier is broken in further 6.4 seconds. The top speed of the sports car with an 3.8 l engine is a stunning 333 km/h.

After the presentation of the first individualization options for the new Cayenne, the TECHART Individualization for the Cayenne Diesel of the first generation was priced with the YOKOHAMA 4 x 4 Award at the Tuning World in Friedrichshafen.

For one year AUTO BILD ALLRAD has presented every month a refined car. TECHART has reached one of the top places in the voting with over 40.000 readers of the magazine, who took part. As the only Porsche refiner in the field of participants, the TECHART Program for the Cayenne Diesel took its place on the winners’ podium.

The Individualization for the Porsche Cayenne Diesel, with the TECHART performance kit TA 055/D1 and 290 hp, underlines the unique personality of the SUV in an unmistakable way. Elegance and sporty dynamics characterize the striking appearance of the exterior as well as the interior. The agile design of the TECHART Aerodynamic Kit I demonstrates power, speed and perfection.

The handcrafted TECHART Interiors, produced in the TECHART Manufactory, are world famous for an extraordinary level of quality and accuracy. In the SUV the TECHART full leather interior in black with decorative stitching in white as well as the TECHART 3-spokes sport steering wheel with paddle shifters create an atmosphere of well-being.
