Wimmer RST and extreme performance improvements are inseparable. The C-Class C63 AMG Performance itself is already a specific car. Perhaps, this luxury saloon has not been changed so much, but a portion of additional power is obligatory for the Wimmer RST tuner from Solingen.

The Level 3 performance kit for the C63 AMG is available now. It increases the engine output to as much as 580 hp and 690 Nm. Small changes of an air flow through the air filter from K & N, air induction optimization and engine software are also included. A powerful V8 sound is the strength of the Wimmer RS-Sport exhaust system. The vehicle has an exhaust manifold with down pipe, a sports catalyst and optimized cat-back all-stainless steel exhaust system.

The V-Max with the Wimmer power boost brings the power up to about 305 km / h (electronic limitation).

The demonstration vehicle is also equipped with Dunlop Sport Maxx GT tires and the KW-Club Sport Suspension.

The vehicle with the relatively insignificant overtaking prestige will certainly overwhelm various sports car owners!

The cost of the full performance level 3 is 9900 Euro including installation.

When a street car is presented by Wimmer RS, one of the most important players on the tuning arena, everything must be perfect – while Germany is slowly preparing for winter, the tyres are still squeaking on the „RED DEVIL V-Projekt“. Standing by a power-circulating gear testing machine show the profs from Solingen, what the car is capable of: Thorsten Wimmer and his crew make the model Golf 6 R race, on the high-speed line and autobahn. The RED DEVIL V is not only fast, but also runs stable.

The Solingen tuning specialist Wimmer RS gives you wings with the new Golf 6 R 2.0 TFSI. And an extensive engine tuning program: Wimmer RS increases the efficiency stage V, now Golf R has about 478 hp, instead of the common for this series 270 hp. And the torque increases up to sensational 610 Nm (range 350 Nm) and the car is stopped by 291 km/h due to electronic system. That means a power/weight ratio of 3,04 kg/hp.

Among various aspects of the provided by the company engine tuning the following could be mentioned: engine electronics tuning, tuning of turbocharger incl. pipe, changes of injection nozzles, the TFSI tuning, tuning of the connecting rods, changes of lamp coating, cylinder head, large aftercooler, additional fuel oil heater, changes in the air intake system, air intake pipe, tuning of th crank shaf, or another oil pump, of the second low pressure fuel pump und sport camshafts, so as an completely handmade high-grade steel sports exhaust system with 84 mm in diameter, a 100 – cells sports catalyst converter and a race sport coupling.

For a better road stability Wimmer RS proposes a coil spring set and helical spring set, which can from the one side lower the car and adds a sports note to the car.

As option Wimmer RS offers modifying of a high performance brake system, which bites cruel on the front and rear axle. This also provides distinctly improved delay rates and so as the increased efficiency stage V, and also suits perfectly to an „usual“ street traffic.

Again and again, the Solingen car tuning experts of Wimmer RS develop high speed vehicles with best performance. The recent tuning action was baptized C63 AMG Dunlop-Performance. This C63 AMG Dunlop-Performance with its 190 mph (308 kmph, high speed cut) is as fast as a sports car.

With its modified electronic engine command, the exhaust manifold, its improved suction tubes and the K&N sports air filter, the engine performance is driven up to 540 hp (serial power 487 hp) by Wimmer RS.
Within only 4.4 seconds the C63 sprints from 0 up to 60 mph, 12.6 seconds to 120 mph. At 190 mph (308 kmph) the speed is cut off by an electronic speed limiter.

In order to optimize the contact between vehicle and asphalt without restrictions in racing sports and on the roads, Wimmer RS has employed a KW3 Club sports coilover chassis.

Racing engineering dominates the genes of the Dunlop tire Sportmaxx GT, in 235/35-19 on the front and 265/35-19 on the rear axis. These tires warrant for excellent high speed driving stability, also in speed regions over 190 mph (300 kmph).

The Wimmer RS C63 AMG Dunlop-Performance took part in the this year Tuner’s Grand Prix on the Hockenheimring and made a runner-up finish with its Dunlop high performance tires.
The Wimmer C63 AMG Dunlop-Performance has also been invited to the big acceleration and breaking tests „0-300-0“ in Papenburg/Germany.

Wimmer RS from Solingen has for a long time established its reputation by spectacular car conversions. Nevertheless, strict appropriateness for daily use is also programmed by Wimmer RS. VW Golf VI GTI 2.0 TFSI with its powerful 211 hp engine is a thoroughbred sports car already ex works. Now, GTI turbo engine generates full 386 hp with the torque of 455 Nm. Concerning the wheels, Wimmer RS gives the choice of 18-, 19- and 20” rims. As top of the pops the Solinger car tuner offers a complete wheel set of Motec „Antares“ in 8×20 inches with Dunlop Sport Maxx GT 235/30 ZR 20 high performance tyres.

The GTI handling has been moreover optimized by the height-adjustable HR sports coilover suspension system.

Wimmer presents its Program for making modern Ferrari F430 Scuderia appearance unique. The individualized sports car from Italy unites sport characteristics and dynamics, thus one more time expressing the basic principle of all Wimmer products: safety is guaranteed!

Wimmer Ferrari Scuderia Performance Kit is topical at the Essen Motor Show. For Ferrari F430 Wimmer RS has developed a Power Packet that can be heared and felt. The kit includes new Wimmer engine control software and sport valve exhaust system. With the use of remote control a driver can choose between nearly serial sport sound and racing sound. In addition the handbuilt high grade steel exhaust system that optimizes dynamic pressure contains two welded high grade steel exhaust manifolds as well as two sport catalytic converters and an exhaust valves control unit.

Upon the whole the new performance kit provides for the sensible increase of 38 hp in engine power what corresponds to the speed increase of about 11km/h, with maximum speed reaching 321 km/h. For acceleration up to 100 km/h F430 Scuderia needs now just 3.84 seconds. 200 kph speed is reached within 11.03 seconds and 300 kph – within 34.9 seconds.

Now the program includes also new KW HLS system (Hydraulic Lift System): when you push the button, the vehicle equipped with KW HLS is adjusted by up to 45 mm on the front axle. Thus the obstacles that cannot be overcome with low ground clearance, can be driven over without any problems. The hydraulic unit is mounted on the coilovers between spring cups and springs. The advantage of the hydraulic system consists in the fact that no compression (movement) of moving-out cylinder unit (thus no undesired additional elastic deflection) occurs while driving.

19” BBS FI alloy rims (7.6 kg each front axle rim and 8.8 kg each rear axle rim) onу more time emphasize its sport characteristics. High class super light BBS alloy rims in black are comleted by 8.75×19 with 225/35 R 19 tyres on the front axle and 11.25×19 with 305/30 R19 tyres on the rear axle. High speed tyres are presented by the technology partner Dunlop.

Not long ago a team of experts of Thorsten Wimmer created a very successful tuning package for Porsche GT2, and there comes its hyper-successful update. The Wimmer RS car tuner from Solingen calls his latest power package “GT2 Speed”, and this is a real tribute to its name – “Speed”. Certainly, its performance data speaks for itself: 827 hp at 7,400 rpm and 948 Nm of torque. You shouldn’t forget about the power-to-weight-ratio of 1.84 Kg/hp and v-max of 378 km/h depending on translation. Jesus, what else do you want!?

There’s no doubt: one who has ever had an opportunity to drive Porsche GT2 will hardly complain about the lack of engine performance while driving this car or after that. After all, Porsche GT2 will be produced serially with the high powered engine, that without any efforts makes the car disappear in seconds turning into blue mist. Even the thought of the total power of 827 hp will make the mouths of hp-freaks water.

The Wimmer GT2 Speed Bi-Turbo Power Package includes very sophisticated engine retrofitting. Besides the modifications of the engine block, pistons, piston rods, injection nozzles, sports camshafts, inlet system, throttle valve and the installation of an intercooler, Wimmer uses absolutely new engine software. Nevertheless, the centerpiece of the engine retrofit is the two high performance Wimmer turbochargers blowing a heavy load of air into the combustion chambers. The specially produced Wimmer Sport Exhaust System in complex with the welded exhaust manifold and two exhaust systems provide for furious roaring and whooshing – GT2 Speed replies to every push of the gas pedal by an incredible boost!

The Wimmer RS indicates the acceleration of GT2 Speed Bi-Turbo as 3.38 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h. Within 8.54 seconds Wimmer RS hyper-Porsche more than doubles this speed. Thanks to giant engine power, the speed of 300 km/h is reached within 20.2 seconds. Concerning the top speed – the “watches” show 378 km/h – depending on the chosen translation and tyres’ performance!

DTM  reliable car mechanics determine the nature of the Dunlop tyres thus opening a new tyre product segment: The MaxxPerformance tyres. “Sport Maxx GT” tyres in dimensions of 235/30-20 or 325/25-20 mounted on beautiful Sportec rims provide for an outstanding stability at high speed, at above 300 km/h.

The appearence of the Porsche GT2 has been optimized by Wimmer RS with Carbon exterior rear-view mirrors and a Carbon rear spoiler lip.

In order to correspond with the increased driving performance, the serial chassis has been furthermore improved by H&R sport springs.

After great engineering works, the vehicle is not only ready for serial production but also complies with Euro-4 Standard. The one who lets the beast out of the pit lane has a clear performance lead. The price for the new car, including retrofitting, is about 281,000.00 Euros!
